OCP organized on January 28th, 2022 within the framework of the 10th edition of OCP-Al Moutmir Open Innovation Lab, a webinar to share the results of the olive tree demonstration platforms program for the 2020/2021 campaign
The OCP-Al Moutmir team presented during this webinar the results of the olive tree demonstration platforms. This meeting was marked by the presence of more than 70 participants: institutions, scientists, interprofession, cooperatives, associations and farmers.

The program of olive demonstration platforms season 2020-2021 has covered more than 753 ha and more than 1506 demonstration platforms installed and this at more than 160 localities in 27 provinces.

An increase in yield per hectare of nearly 20% compared to the yields was  recorded at the control plots of farmers. The average yield recorded at the demonstration platforms was 5.5 t/ha vs 4.6 t/ha at the control plots.
