Convinced of the key role of entrepreneurship in the sustainable development and competitiveness of territories, Al Moutmir Initiative took part on May 23th in the workshop co-organized by the FAO, African Agribusiness Incubators Network, Agripreneurship Alliance and UM6P on the ecosystem of organizations supporting agribusiness entrepreneurship in Africa. Ms Jamila Adani, Director of Farming Development, shared Al Moutmir's experience in deploying the Al Moutmir Young Leaders program. She emphasized the need to adopt a systemic approach to develop a customized entrepreneurial offer that meets market needs. She also stressed the key role of local support, mentoring and networking, as well as digital technologies in inspiring young people to take up entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector, enabling them to contribute to meeting the continent's challenges and guaranteeing its food sovereignty.
