Under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests and within the framework of the national program for the promotion of direct seeding, the National Institute of Agricultural Research of Merchouch, in partnership with the National Office of Agricultural Council and the Al Moutmir initiative, organized a training session for the benefit of the professional organizations of direct seeding on the importance of conservation agriculture with a particular focus on the techniques of adjustment of the seeder. The adjustment is a key step and an essential knowledge to succeed in direct seeding. Other trainings will follow to better support farmers and facilitate the adoption of this high value-added agricultural system on the resilience of agriculture.
