Within the framework of the new strategy Generation Green (GG) and which aims at ensuring a sustainable agricultural production by taking into account the conservation of natural resources, the promotion of the Direct Seeding system as a sustainable technology facing the climate change proves to be an opportunity to seize for our country.  Also, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests has just launched a very ambitious national program for the promotion of direct seeding on 1 million ha by 2030. To achieve this ambition, the mobilization of all is a prerequisite: Governance, development actors, research institutes, private sector, civil society and farmers.

In this sense, and proud to participate in this beautiful national dynamics with the other actors, OCP Al Moutmir took part in the online workshop of launching organized by the INRA, Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021 to present its assessment on the direct seeding to date and its action plan for the agricultural campaign 2021-2022.
